Drive Financial Services ripoff not following the law Dallas Texas
my husband purchase a van throught drive financial services. we have been been harrassed everyday of the week starting at 8:00am until 10:00pm.I contacted
the better business bureau and drive financial stated they would not harrass us a work for payments we had mailed two weeks prior to our due date.
Drive did state that for everyday that we are late we are accuring more interest and will be due a ballon payment at the end of our loan. This is the first time I have heard of a ballon payment due on a car loan. I disagreed with their reply to the better business bureau and is waiting on their answer. everyone should file a class
action law suit on them. They have only been in business for a couple of years and is not following the law.
