DRIVE FINANCIAL SERVICES RIPOFF..HARRASSING, AND RUDE DALLAS TEXAS
I have been with Drive Financial for over a year now. I have always paid on time. I called and requested an extension. The representative was extremely rude and insensitive and advised that this was not possible. She said that they do not give extensions and if I did not pay my vehicle would be repossessed. They have called all my relatives and friends and explained in great detail that my account was behind. They have also left thousands of messages on my recorder at home and at work threatening to repossess my vehicle. They have since not sent me any invoices or notices advising me of my balance due or any collection actions. Are they able to do this? I live in the state of Maryland and thought that this was illegal.
