As a retired USAF MSG, with 20 years in the accounting and finance career field, most of it as Chief, Military Pay, I can say that yes, your payments (1/2 of the monthly allotment) were taken out of your pay each pay day, 15th and last day of each month; however, only ONE check was sent to the allottee, and that was at the end of the month. If you continued that payment into retirement, they would still get the one check at the end of the month. Payments then and now are paid thru the Federal Reserve bank, mostly as EFTs (Electronic Fund Transfer s) or if the business does not have a specific debtor code within the payment system, an individual check would be sent by the Treasury Dept. It is too bad that they are coming after you as they are. Is there maybe a way to 'catch up' in the middle of the month with a personal check? I wish you luck with these money-hungry b****ds. Hope you can get them off your back. regards, Bob

I`m a retired army vet- who is tired of being harrassed by Drive Financial Services- I served in the Army proudly- I have been troubled by the unwillness of Drive to compromise in anyway- I started an auto- pay for my car note in the Army but it was paid 1/2 of the payment every two weeks that the way the Army does it- Drive only wanted one payment- so it took a few months to get the paperwork in the Army pay system, nothing is done in the Army overnight- Drive was unwilling to listen- I was harrassed constantly- Please give me a way to get out of this mess- signed Proud Soldier
