That is funny because when we got our 2000 car in 2001 we did not get our coupons until almost a year later ( about 8 months later). so what we do now is pay though money gram although you do have to pay an 8.95 fee. And another thing that is so funny is they will not respond to your calls but as soon as you are late one day with your payment, gosh they will find a way to call you all of a sudden and request your payment like it is the end of the world. they will threaten you, call all of your references, they are the rudest people (company) i have ever know. I can not want to get away from that company. Good Luck...

Send your check to Drive Servicing, PO Box 26458, Santa Ana, CA 92799-6458. If you do not yet have an acount number, use your social and they can find it. My husband's car was financed through them at one time. Do NOT send the payments to the Dallas address. You can mail them 3 weeks early and they will still swear you were late. Up until we refinanced at a more attractive rate, when we sent them to the Santa Ana address, they posted within two to three days. In fact, one of the employees I spoke with told me not to use the Dallas address "unless you want late charges".
