Drive Finance employees have repeatadly herassed, made threating phone calls and have now stepped up their tactics to leave messages with my employer, my friends and family stating they are "Officers and Legal action will be taken". The latest of the phone calls, (which usually start if they do not recieve payment in their PO Box within 24hrs of the due date), is something that rings of direct fraud. Just as a note as to the collection of the mail at their PO Box, this only occurs at the beginneing of the day any deliveries in the afternoon are not processed until the next day, which would make you late.

An employee called my place of work saying to the main number stateing it was and "Emergency" and that there was a life threatenting situtation for another family member. This individual left a Texas cell number. I have no family in Texas.

I find it hard to believe that a company as large as Drive would stupe to such deseptive and mis-representation. I have also found that what was Drive Financial is now owned by another company Bank which is wholly owned and has its corporate office in Mexico "Santander Consumer USA Inc".

You are ripping Drive off because you wont uphold your aggreemrnt and pay your car payment. They are just doing whatever possible to collect a debt, which nobody can blame them for that. Pay your bills!
