You've made 30 payments?? Did you sign the contract?? Did you READ the contract?? There are literally thousands upon thousands of people in this country in exactly the same situation as you, INCLUDING MYSELF! We are "upside down" in a car loan...meaning we owe more on the car than the car is worth.....where is the ripoff?? For people with poor credit, this is what we can expect. But no one forced me to sign the contract!! I knew what I was getting into, but I needed that car, and in all honesty you likely had to have your car too!! I really don't know what you want readers of ROR to do to "help" you, but I can tell you this:Do not let that car be repossessed, voluntarily or involuntarily, cause they will come after you with a vengeance and destroy your credit completely!
