The original complaint was about their failure to resolve my issue in their Las Vegas,NV location, which has since closed at no surprise to me with the way this place operates!
I had inquired with them about a refund on some faulty electronics they installed as part of my new car deal with a dealership in Las Vegas. They replaced it with a lower grade item and I just wanted to be compensated for the difference in value.
The lady in Las Vegas was very nice and helpful but after she tried to talk to the jerks in Corporate in colorado and they said there was nothing they would do I was furious! She gave me the phone number to call them myself.
I left countless messages for some d****e named Kevin but never got through to anyone. Now there shop here is closed... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND FRUSTRATING!!! BUYERS BEWARE! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS ARROGANT AND OBVIOUSLY FAILING BUSINESS OWNER!!!
