Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

As a relative of someone who is being victimized by this company's excessive interest rates I feel it my duty to bring to your attention how they target people with bad credit and charge high interest rates compounded daily that keeps the loanee completely under their control. They should not be allowed to do business in this manner.
Drive Time should be held accountable for all of  their unfair practices and ridiculous profit margins. They are nothing but thieves  without conscience or morals plaueing on people  down on their luck and the poor.

"Drive Time should be held accountable for all of  their unfair practices and ridiculous profit margins."

You didn't give any examples of unfair practices and there are no laws that limit profit margins in a free enterprise economy.

Borrowers with a poor credit history are a high risk and therefore the loaners have the right to charge them a higher rate.

" As a relative of someone who is being victimized by this company's excessive interest rates I feel it my duty to bring to your attention how they target people with bad credit and charge high interest rates "

Did your relative agree to this "excessive" interest rate?  I'm betting that he/she did.  It's hard to call someone a victim if they readily agree to the terms, no matter how financially unsound.

I don't think you're breaking any new ground here.   It's well known that this company caters to people who have trashed their credit in the past and that high interest rates are the price you pay for continuing to borrow with bad credit.  This is credit 101.   Do you know anyone who will lend a large sum to your credit challenged relative at a low interest rate?

"  They should not be allowed to do business in this manner.  "

If they were not allowed to do business in this manner, then there would be no place where anyone could buy a car with bad credit.   They all operate pretty much the same way.  Whether or not the high prices and interest rates are worth it is left up to the buyer.

" Drive Time should be held accountable for all of  their unfair practices and ridiculous profit margins. "

You have yet to identify any unfair practices.  So far, you've only mentioned what is common in the entire "bad credit" auto industry.   As for profit margins, what is an acceptable profit margin?  Is there some standard I'm not aware of?   Also, when determining this profit margin, are you factoring in the huge numbers of deadbeats who default on these high risk loans?

"  They are nothing but thieves  without conscience or morals plaueing on people  down on their luck and the poor. "

You do the poor a disservice.    I have been poor and I paid my bills.  There is a difference between somone who has little money and someone who incurs bad credit by not meeting their obligations.

Rather than ranting about this company, perhaps you should be educating your relative on the consequences of making poor financial decisions.   Pretending that someone else is responsible for their troubles will only hurt them in the long run.

You are so full of sh-- that its incredible you can even talk or move your fingers. this or any other dealership doesn't have a net outside to trap people. They come in all by themselves and can leave all by themselves. The high APR is ONLY because these people bring with them the documented, confirmed reputation of not paying their bills on time. It isn't a matter of "luck"...its being responsible and being guided by integrity. If they had a reputation of paying their bills AS THEY AGREED TO, then they can get a much lower APR loan at a bank or credit union...plain and simple. When the contract is presented to them they have the option to not accept the deal and go elsewhere. Nobody but nobody has a gun to their head. And no Einstein, I don't work for them!
