Complaint Review: Drivers Solutions - Indianapolis Indiana

Was recruited I already had my permit and then was sent home send home for it to be renewed came back after permit was renewed was promised that I would be able to test on great equipment I did have wonderful instructors but the management lied they said I took the test 7 times went I only took the test three times which included the pre-trip I wasn't the only woman but other women did fail and lied to and left with a bill 6000 and no CDL people who paid cash was able to take the test as many times till they passed. I had to get a Ineed attorney to be able to resolve this money situation then they told me I could stay out for 6 months and come back but it would have to pay to

$3,500 to come back so today they tell me that I can come back and then I get a call from Matt Carroll saying that he is the CEO and that he will not let me come back after the Director of Education and the chief instructor said I could and I have it on a text message. Now back to a Atty again. The truck they had me to test 7 7 17 had bad steering problems with duck tape around the steering column. DOT stated bad trucks this company sends out for testing and driving, lied to students especially women and people over 50 and people of color saw so much discrimination. But Matt Carroll is not about the student he is all about the Mighty Dollar and but the instructors hands are tied they know

who the students who need to be helped when I went there I told them all I needed help with was backing I didn't need any help with anything else because I've been on a truck for 13 years but they refused because my main instructor had to go be a secretary because of the lack of Staff many times we were on the yard with lack of staff. Then was told many times I'm too old to be a truck driver why do I want to be a truck driver. I never caused any problems on the yard my instructors always respected me but I saw them not respect other people especially the Director of Education many times give call people of color and tell them they have to leave. or when a student was

struggling they would just tell him he's stupid he can't do it that is not true everybody learn to the different pace everybody learns different when you have 20 people standing in line to get one maneuver. Then the equipment was always blowing out tires steering problems all kinds of different problems with these trucks they were not providing the equipment that they promised. Matt Carroll has never met me in person he doesn't even know who I am but he assumed by what somebody told him that is the truth. My instructors and the Director of Education told me the day that I did not pass my test so that I could come back so therefore I took them as their word and is not what

Americans are supposed to do take people at their word or take company at their word especially at school it's a teaching school they're supposed to teach us not belittle us not for our age or sex or our race, Matt Carroll did this and he needs to fined or closed down as a driving school and stop lying to poor people taking their money and telling them they will receive their CDL after their training. Person whom were on VoReb, Workforce, cash recieved longer time to practice and take DOT more than several times. So when I was lied to today another Slam in my heart. The school does not need to be under the leadership of Matt Carroll because he's a liar a cheat and not a good

representative for Driver Solutions or C1 trucking school. I just want everybody to not go to Driver Solution .C1 trucking school is a good school good instructors but not Drivers Solution which owes C1 Trucking School. Driver Solutions that tries to con you out of getting you to go to work for a companies that will work you to death. So if anyone reading this please run quickly or if you had any experience with Matt Caroll of Drivers Solutions please report him to the Department of Education, or DOT of bad trucks and to Governor office. It's not what you know it's who know obviously this man must know somebody because he's getting away with conning people out of their

money their self-esteem and their livelihood. It's a shame Matt Carroll is not a man and I hope he's not the man of God because he sure doesn't act like it. And I hope that God sees what he is doing to people that really want to get their CDL.
