The Better Business Bureau has looked into Dropship Design and has found that they do indeed try to resolve any issues with their customers. The BBB shows that all attempts to solve or reconcile were made, but sometimes it was the customer who refused the effort or continued to choose to be dissatisfied. The BBB shows that Dropship Design has made many changes to their business as a result of customer complaints. It would appear that Dropship Design is a reputable company continually trying to address and fix their issues. And as a source, the Better Business Bureau is one of the best. Have you tried discussing this problem with Dropship Design directly, or was ranting your first choice? I bet if you were to call them and maturely discuss what has been going on, they will try to remedy the situation.
