I signed up with Dropshiponauction.com and boy was it a mistake.

This was about two months ago to the tune of $99.99.

It took me almost two months to find something that would sell. I sold an item last night. Made a whole 10 bucks. That is not the problem. I placed the order and seems to have gone through.

I listed 5 more of the items (similar ones) and TODAY less than 24 hours later they are all NO LONGER AVAILABLE. So I had to cancel them all after paying my eBay fees already.

This is not the first time this has happened. I listed a very expensive item at the very beginning and a consumer had a question. I went to their web site and noticed the item is no longer available. There goes another 3 bucks for a listing.

I am waiting now to see if the item from last night ships (they have my money already and I have my customers money).

I am going to demand a refund off my sign up fee (this month some time and before my renewal) and one month's worth of my monthly fee (14.99). If I do not get results, I am going to file a lawsuit. They have NOT HELD UP to their end of the bargain.

Money is not the issue here (but for them it is). It's the principal of the matter.

Dear Ed: I can totally sympathize with you. I posted earlier this month regarding this company. I will offer one bit of encouragement, I did not have any trouble with them in actually shipping items or refunding me if I ordered and the item ended up out of stock. In fact, they refunded me fairly quickly in that respect. But that itself was a problem. A couple items I ordered ended up out of stock after payment was remitted. With Ebay, selling is a contract, so they really want you to have items in hand. But I thought if these folks were making a good living with people like us selling their stuff on ebay, there wouldn't be that much of a problem. Unfortunately, it was. I ended up losing close to $100 on this bit after sign up fee (mine was only like $54, plus the $14.99 monthly which I canceled after a month), ebay fees and I had to reimburse a customer $20 in shipping because the item (watch out for the refurbished ones!) was defective. They company refused to reimburse me shipping. Returns are a b&^%$! That's still not completely resolved, as I have not head from the customer in a couple weeks to see if the replacement was any good. Anyway, Good luck, but I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone. They killed my reputation because of how long they took to ship and the reimbursements for out of stock items after payment was remitted.
