DRSM Debt Relief Services, This sham company did not deliver what they GUARANTEED! Stay clear! Asheville, Eugene,OR North Carolina
Avoid this company at all costs. I had recently been discharged from a lengthy hospital stay, which resulted in my disability, my credit card companies did not care to hear about anything, so I found DRSM, and my wife and I decided since they GUARANTEED it would work, we would do it.
So we signed up and followed their dispute process exactly as per their terms, and I recieved award letters from the Arbitration company, another sham outfit if you ask me, and a couple months later, I was served 2 summons', stating that I was being sued, which I later found out, I lost. We abandoned the DRSM process as the new bankruptcy law was to take effect shortly, and we Filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy.
I wrote to mr Jeff Jenks, and stated I would like my money back guarantee and he replied and stated it was not applicable in my case for some Bull *** reason. I would strongly advise people to stay clear of DRSM, and if your interested in a legal action against them... Contact me at cr** ** **(((REDACTED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES)))
