I fell ill nearly 3 years ago and my wife had contacted our creditors to work out a payment etc, and they did not want to hear anything about it.
I did some research and came accross DRS, and we signed up shortly afterward, paid over 3,000 dollars and got our welcome, packet etc, and began to send our creditors etters, etc. I filed for arbitration, for all 3 creditors, and won, but is it enforceable? My local attorney does not think so, and neither does my bankruptcy attorney.
We then purchased a summons package, because I was served 2 summons', and this was an additional couple hundred bucks, I ended up trying to find a local attorney to represent me in local circuit court, he did not think we stood a s****..
