DS Max CydoorDS Max Cydoor Destiny Marketing, Granton Marketing ripoff prey on College grads and the ocassional easily manipulated droput crackhead ex-con Kansas City Missouri
Oh my! At first I thought that It was impossible for anyone out there to understand the gravity and scope of the attrocities commited by these clowns, but after reading the various other posts at this site, I can see that I am definatley not alone. To give some back ground as to my situation, I recently graduated from The University of Missouri. I graduated just back in May, with a degree in Broadcasting.
I am a very outgoing kind of guy and I worked for three years at our Campus radio station. The largest Radio Mogul here in KC is a company called entercom. I applied but they were unable to give me a job until Jan 15th 2005 (yes thats right, I have a real job on the Horizon!). I took the money that I recieved from graduation gifts and leftover student loans and got a decent apartment downtown. Not content to simply vegitate until January, I decided to polish up a good resume and seek work. Afterall, at the time I thought that gainful employment for a recent college grad would be a since right. Well after several rather unsuccessful interviews, I came to a place that will forever live in infamy. I am , of course, refering to my phone call to Destiny Advertising.
I really dont think that I need to rehash (lol Funny term now huh) there tactics and deplorable actions anymore than has already been stated here, However, I just think that its sad to prey on people the way that they do. I have already began starting a large class action lawsuit against all DS-MAX- Cydoor, and there various clones through a very sucessful tort law firm here in town Named Humpfrey, Farrington, and McClain. this is a very successful firm that has already had vast experience in large tort matters such as Tobacco and Vioxx. We already have nearly 3000 claimants and that number is growing by the day. All of us that have been dicked over by these scoundrals owe it to ourselves to get involved. We not be able to sue for enough to permantly shut them down, but If nothing else, we can certainly bring media attention to them and to hit them in the pocketbooks (any one that works there knows that is where their only genuine concern is anyway). Think of all of the lost money and productivity as a result of answering that one phone call?
Think of the relationships that have been ruined? Your vehicles? Your lack of personal life?I can go on for an eternity. Not to mention those midless fools that still work there. Someone needs to save them from themselves. All those that are interested please reach me at [email protected] and I would be more than happy to add your to our suit againt these morons. Thanks to all, and I wish everyone all the success in the world that dosent invlove being humiliated for 9 hours a day.
