DSmax Aka CMC Distribution In Ireland ripoff, lies and abuse of hard working and dedicated young workers Dublin Ireland
My daughter joined their sales team just before Xmass last year. She has worked very hard from 6.30 am to 9.30pm 6 days a week, setting up sales teams, training people, planning and organising sales, developing marketing strategies, selling the products. Twice she fell on the premises while carrying overloaded bags of goodies. Each time she had to be brought to hospital by members of her team.
The 1st time she went back to work, despite doctors advice, to support her team, not to be iddle and to earn much needed money. The second time she fell down a flight of stairs and badly injured her back. One month later she can only walk a few yards at a time with the help of crutches. Not only the management never bothered to try to check how she was, when she offered to come back to work helping in the office with the planning, training, interviewing, organising etc... they didn't even bother to reply.
Since she is not fit to go out and sell, generating profit for them, they are not interested. She was used and abused, lied to, promised her own office and network etc... She worked hard and gave all to the company, in return she is left with nothing. Even her team members are being told not to keep in touch with her. Loyalty can be only one way towards the company and its profits.
She is so disapointed and I am so angry.
They used and abused her loyalty, hard work, dedication, creativity, ambition, talents, but gave nothing in return. She was pressed like a lemon and discarded. This people have no conscience, no interest in others, only their quick buck by whatever means.
She doesn't want to get cynical or bitter, but we want to warn others of this despicable con, using and abusing young hard working and ambitious young people with false promises of promotion and a bright future. They are vultures feeding on the back of their workforce.
