Request refund for services not completed On 8/15/2018 $300 was paid to remove negative comments from an Amazon book product authored by the customer. After waiting 90 days for the service to be completed it was still not completed to date. On 12/03/2018 refund was requested by going to dtopp.com/refund and filling out the form accordingly.
To date I have still not received the refund and no one is getting back to me via email. Last email was received 11/29/2018 from Dillon Aldrich, Sales, DTopp LLC, Reputation Management, Wilmington, NC [email protected] 910.415.1671 (direct): If the guarantee period has expired and we have not yet successfully completed your order, you have 2 options: a) extend the guarantee period to allow us to continue working to complete your order successfully or request a refund.
Both of those are done by going to dtopp.com/refund and filling out the form accordingly. I requested a refund of $300 which has not been received to date.
