DTS Trucking - DTS Truck Division I never recieved all my money for working with this Company. And I quit this Company and they put I was fired. Wentzville Missouri
I worked for this Company in 2005. It was my first over the road driving job, the only way I could work with them is because a guy hired me onto his truck. I had 2 years driving. I drove for this guy and he showed me the charges they was giving him. The Owner Operator ripped me off, because they was cheating him. I did not know this. I went to work for them. And they putt me into a nasty truck, that the driver did not take careoff. After that it broke down and they put me into a penske rental truck. I drove for them for a month and never got paid. Then when I did get paid it was only $700. I figured the miles and they short me about 6000 miles. They would give me non actual miles. Must have been air made up miles. Which I do not shoot a straight line. So I was driving for about 18 cents a mile when I was getting paid 32 cents a mile. On the last of my invoices I should of ripped them up, but I did turn them in and never went back there. I never recieved a dime from them after that. It was a lesson learned, because I did not have copies of the invoices.
This Company has a lot of drivers getting ripped off. Most can not do anything because they have to work and times are hard. Good luck to any driver that works for them. They do take advantage of the driver.

Untold numbers of readers will have to wade through your rubbish post to learn, as did I, that you are not a party to this dispute in any way shape or form. WTF???? So you work for a company that rents the yard where the accused company used to be? So you feel you need to defend some kind of sacred ground there? You need help!

This report is about 4 years to late! Why are you just now posting this? Is it because you just got a computer and are learning about forums?
Now, About your report. It appears that you've been driving for about 4 or maybe 5 years now. I guess you're living under a rock. It's not DTS that is paying you as stated in your post very clearly "I drove for this guy and he showed me the charges they was giving him. The Owner Operator ripped me off, because they was cheating him. I did not know this." It was the O/O that wasn't paying you! DTS more that likely paid HIM but he didn't think the driver was worth paying and I feel for you as this has happened to me but There is a court of law for this!
I think you need to change this post and make it factual before DTS has a party with you! And, no, I don't drive for DTS. I actually drove for the other company that is now in the same yard out of Spld, MO
You need to put the owner operator who was the owner of the truck you were driving and HIS company name or at least HIS name as the header of this report and delete this post completely!That way another driver might read these and keep from hiring on with a low life who wont pay. Also be honest and accurate as a ton of people read these reports for information and then there are the ones who don't drive who laugh at the way drivers spell and write! Please spell check and don't write like a trailer trash talking redneck! It just makes the rest of us look dumb!
