I recieved these 2 mails from them. Can you do something about this?

Toss any mail like this in the trash. If you get an email like this hit delete and label it as spam.
There is no way law enforcement could prevent any scammers from mailing you a letter, or emailing you this crap.
But common sense should dictate...no one has millions of dollars being sent to them..and if so..I doubt you would have to send a few hundred to receive it..surely if you are about to be a multi millionaire they can deduct a few hundred dollars first. Hardly anyone even wins a lottery they entered..so what is the chance anyone will win a lottery they never entered? I would say zero is accurate.
In any legitimate lottery with that kind of winning, it would make sense you would be meeting in an office, and there would be a press conference etc..sad part is..so many fall for this and send money to these scum buckets.
