renee shanty, manager of tupper lake dunkin donuts, schedules her employees for close to 40 hours then they get there check and its only for 30 hours. what does she do you say. she does it on purpose and blames it on corporate. what a scam . but ask her does she ever get shorted. NO..... also she hires her family after being told not to. what a good boss, she also calls, employees liar for calling in even if they have a hand written note from the doctors, bad i say. who knows maybe she is just following in her moms footsteps.

Where did it say in the original post Gary was an employee? Sounds like a smoke screen to cover up the facts in question to me. Please continue with your expose' Gary. I tend to side with you after hearing all this "Gary's not an employee here". What other lies are they telling?

I WANT TO INFORM EVERYONE THERE HAS NEVER BEEN A GARY WHO HAS WORKED FOR DUNKIN DONUTS.SO THIS PERSON WHO THINKS THEY ARE FUNNY TRYING TO RUIN SOMEONES LIFE IS NOT. I WORK FOR RENEE AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN SHORT IN ANY CHECK I HAVE EVER RECIVED I AM PAID FOR EVERY MINUTE I AM IN THAT PLACE.RENEE IS A GREAT BOSS AND YOU COULDNT ASK FOR A BETTER ONE. I HAVE A FEELING I KNOW WHO WROTE THIS AND SHE IS MAD BECAUSE SHE DID NOT GET HER WAY SHE CONSTINATLY SHOWS UP LATE AND CALLS IN ALL THE TIME LET ME CHANGE THAT HAS HER MOMMY CALL IN FOR HER.IF ANYONE KNOWS RENEE THEY WOULD NOT BELIEVE THIS GARBAGE. SOME PEOPLE NEED TO TAKE THERE JOBS SERIUSLY AND SHOW UP TO WORK WHEN THEY ARE SCHEDULED MAYBE THEY WOULD GET PAID FOR WHAT THEY WERE SCHEDULED BUT WHEN YOU CALLIN 2 DAYS OUT OF THE 5 YOU ARE SCHEDULED THATS WHY YOU DONT GET PAID FOR 5. YOU CAN ASK ANY EMPLOYEE IN THAT STORE AND THEY WILL TELL YOU THEY HAVE NEVER BEEN SHORT IN THERE PAYCHECK. THIS PERSON WRITING THIS AND YES I KNOW WHO YOU ARE WHEN YOUR NAME COMES OUT THINGS WILL WILL BE TOLD ABOUT YOU LIKE HAVING YOUR NAME SLANDERED ALL OVER THE INTERNET WITH NOTHING BUT LIES LIKE YOU HAVE DONE TO HER. GROW UP YOU ARE A MOTHER OF 2 AND NEED TO START SHOWING A BETTER EXAMPLE FOR YOUR CHILDREN NOT SHOWING THEM HOW MUCH OF A LIAR AND SCAMMER YOU ARE. First, we have never had an employee here named, Gary. If he/she is using an alias, OK, but if what they are saying is true, why didn't they report this to anyone in our company? I am the Franchisee Owner for this store. I visit it regularly and my Name, Address, Phone Number and email address is posted on the wall for all employees to see/use. I have a District Manager Candy Poirier(Renee's Direct Boss) who regularly visits this store too! Many times when we visit, Renee isn't there, which offers employees the opportunity to talk candidly. Additionally, we subscribe to a 24 Hour a day, Toll Free Telephone Answering Service (Employee Hotline) which takes complaints, compliments and allegations. The caller can file a report anonymously if they wish. I and my entire Senior Leadership Team receive these reports immediately via email. The 800 is posted prominently in the store as well as on the front page of each Employee's Handbook. No allegation was ever called in. Finally, the New York State Department of Labor will conduct an audit of the store if they feel there has been a violation. We welcome an investigation as Renee has done NOTHING WRONG! If this complaintant can prove differently they should either contact me directly or call the New York State Department of Labor. Posting this message on this website is slanderous. SHOW ME PROOF! We can't fix what we don't know about.

Gary, I urge you to go to corporate as Renee would not short you in payroll. I know Renee and she is not like that, shorting her employees of their earned wages. I respect Renee and would love to have her as my boss. Renee keep up your hard work and I hope you are successful in your quest to bring Dunkin Doughnuts back up!

Since, your manager is pilfering your hard earned cash, you can go to the irs.gov website and dowload form 3949A. These are the Criminal investigators of the Irs and they absolutely hate thieves that are not paying taxes on what they steal. The person you are talking about, seems quite comfortable in stealing from employees. Have you checked for Identity theft as well? All of you can help yourselves by contacting these two agencies. Finally obtain an attorney for yourself and other employees armed with the hours you worked and take it to the State Labor Board, along with your paycheck stubs. There is a bonus from Internal Revenue, for you as well of 10% for what they find wrong. Go also to your State Labor board and file a complaint. It is bad enough working for near minimum wage without them coming along and stealing what you work for. Good luck.
