Dunkin Donuts Continuously poor customer service and sanitation Columbia Maryland
This location habitually displays poor cleanliness & customer service. Flies and maggots have been seen flying around the donuts and products on multiple occasions. There is no protective barrier in place to dissuade this. What's more, the staff members routinely display a blatant disregard to these unwelcome visitors.
On another my daughter and I were on our way to the Emergency Room on 11 February 2016. We stopped at this location to get something to eat on the way. Shree P again displayed poor customer service as she was having a side bar conversation with another individual. What's more she failed to greet us upon reaching the counter.
I requested the Sausage Egg & Cheese Combo, Orange juice, & 1 donut. I instead received 2 donuts unbeknownst to me. The servicing representative approached me soon thereafter in stating that he inadvertently gave me 2 donuts instead of one. He then took 1 of the donuts out of the bag and placed it back on the shelf for sales.
I received the remainder of my order thereafter excluding the hashbrowns. I expressed that I did not receive my hashbrowns. Shree remarked I only ordered the sandwich. I shook my head, said forget it, walked away in disgust, and hurried to the emergency room

This has either got to be the biggest load of BS I have seen in a while, or you are the most uncaring parent I think I have ever heard of.
You continue to go to this location even though you have seen flies, maggots and the staff not practicing safe hygene. If that isn't bad enough, you had to go "over the top". You decide to stop here on the way to the ER.
Really? I guess it is lucky you had your own car. I could imagine the conversation with the Ambulance Driver asking him to stop at Dunkin so you could pick up your "fly and maggot special".
Yes, I know this complaint isn't about you. But when you post such an outlandish story such as the one you post, one has to really question it..and your true motive.
Because if your daughter wasn't really that sick, then you should be ashamed of yourself for trying to use her to get sypathy. If she was really that sick, you are lucky that CPS didn't get involved when you got to the ER. As I could just imagine the conversation with the nurse.."Yea, we would have been here sooner but you know I had to go to Dunkin".

Sorry but YOU are as transparent as glass!!! YOU ARE LYING!!! First MAGGOTS DONT FLY!!!!!! Secondly, you CANNOT defeat the insect kingdom. No matter how hard you try, THEY will ALWAYS WIN!!!! Third, we can see your post for what it is. A revenge post because YOU didnt get to keep the second donut. YOU are NOT so important that ANY person is obligated to STOP what they are doing and PANDER to YOU!!! We can tell YOU are lying about the flys and maggots. How? YOU ORDERED FOOD!!!! If the fly problem was as bad as YOU would like the web to believe then no sane person would EVER order food from them. So right off the bat YOU are guilty of DEFAMATION!!!! In case YOU dont understand, YOU do NOT have the right to put someone elses name out on the web because YOU are unhappy. The entire web is NOT Facebook. What YOU have done starts with a $25,000 price tag. And it goes up!!! So instead of COMMITING A CRIME< how about being HONEST!!! We ALL know that because the service person made a mistake and put a extra donut in the bag that YOU didnt get to keep, YOU WILLINGLY CHOSE to defame them on the web in some form of PETTY VENGANCE!!! Grow up!! YOU are SUPPOSEDLY and adult. How about acting like one. You know instead of being a typical female. YOU were NOT ripped off. YOU have commited a crime by posting LIES online. NOT getting your way does NOT give you the right to trample another CITIZENS rights. I wont even go into the problems YOU have caused for yourself by LYING about a corporation. DD has more money then you and BETTER lawyers then YOU. YOU cannot sustain a prolonged legal battle. THEY CAN!!!! I wonder how fast the TRUTH will come out if they serve YOU with court papers. Eventually YOU will have to tell the truth and it will probably be to a judge who isnt going to buy the load of CRAP you are trying to sell. Enjoy the freedoms you have NOW. Enjoy your personal property while you can. There is a VERY good chance that YOU are going to have to sell it all to cover what YOU have done willingly!!!
