Complaint Review: Dura-Bull Dog Bedz - Scottsdale Arizona

After contacting Dura-bull regarding the destruction of the originally advertised "indestructible" dog bed, this is the caring customer service response I received. That is terrible we hardly ever hear of this you must have a very destructive dog. It is dogs like that that prevents us from saying indestructible and just durable. We make a bed that is durable and will hold up to its intended use, and just tear and chew resistant not chew proof. But luckily most of our customers have well trained/raised dogs that do use the bed for its purpose and not a chew toy. Apparently, this company cannot take responsibility for the lack in their product or their false advertising and they feel the need to put the blame on "ones dog". I responded by email within 48 hours and sent pictures. Though the company says "100% satisfaction guaranteed", I received none.

The lack of integrity astounds me.

So, I plan to drop them a note. What is stated on their site should hold. You should save it as it is now, before they have the opportunity to rewrite it, as these are the conditions you agreed to when purchasing. It says,They know how difficult it can be to order via a Web site this is why they offer a 100% Guarantee on their Dog Bed Quality! If upon receipt you are not satisfied with the quality or workmanship of the dog bed, return it to them. For returns due to a defect, beds must be unused and returned same packaging. Email or call them within 5 days of delivery to be issued a RAN # (Return Authorization Number). So, if you contacted them within 5 days, you should be eligible for this If your dog chews it up, it is natural to be unsatisfied with the QUALITY in that case. Only complaints about defects are required to be returned in good condition as stated. I would probably point this out to them, make sure your communications are by email (so there is a record), and even take some pics. You might be able to get them to give you a refund this way, but will probably have to pay for the return shipping. Good luck. *just my opinions*
