Luckily I did some research before diving in and wasting my money, this report helped greatly. Aimee hopefully this will serve as some information to you, pity i didn't get more information out of "Julia" but but at least they are admitting to copying aired tv! Chat Information You are now chatting with 'julia ' julia : Is there anything else that I can help you with? you: do you post to Australia? if so how long does it take? julia : Yes, 12-14 business days. you: so are u actually a company offering legitimate dvds or badly recorded tv-rips put on to dvd's? As has been plastered all over the net..... julia : Our series are copies made from episodes aired on television. All of our series are region free and commercial free. you: ah ok. so thats why they are so cheap! tv-rips, where is the company based? where are the dvd's posted from? julia : Miami Florida. you: is there a mailing address for the company? just so i can be sure if I am going to purchase any dvd's julia : It is included on the email confirmation that you will received once you place your order. you: so i get a mailing address for the business after I have payed the money... julia : yes. you: so you cant give me a mailing address for the company? julia : Sorry to say but we cant give a mailing address for you. you: ah ok well I dont think ill be willing to part with any cash then, just not convinced the company is legit julia : We apologized for that."

I am so relieved to read your report on the Rip Off site. I have filed a complaint myself on this site. My name is Jennifer Gartrell. I was so excited to see the dvds I wanted for my husband for Christmas on dvd donkey. I knew better, I knew I should check more than I did, but I haven't ever ordered online before. I have lost 200 dollars and my bank says I can come in and file a claim. I am really devestated because that was most of my Christmas spending money. Please contact me. I canceled my check/credit card even though they had already used it. I figured that they might try to use it again. It has just been a punch in the stomach and I am furious and scared. I am glad I have found others to talk to about this. Thank you for putting this up!
