I ordered a product from this company on their website at a cost of $94.99. They charged my credit card the same day the order was placed. It has been four weeks since then, and my order still shows as Pending on their website. I have sent 2 emails asking for a projected ship date and have gotten no response. I have tried to call the phone number on their website and it says the mailbox is full and is accepting no more messages. I called the phone number listed on my credit card statement, and it says the number is not in service.
I am in the process of working with my credit card company to see if my funds can be recovered.

I own the domain name and there is no "store" for the real domain name dvdboxedsets.com. There is only a parking page for the domain name. There are no dvds, no shopping cart and no way to place orders at the website dvdboxedsets.com If you ordered from any website purporting to be dvdboxedsets.com then you have been a victim of a spoofed website and you should file a claim with your credit card company. I do not know who the people are at the address in Florida. I have never authorized or allowed the use of the domain name for any other purpose except to the company that hosts the parking page. However I have been contacted by numerous people via my administrative information for the domain name. It appears that the name/address/phone number in Florida only exists to charge your credit card.
