DW QUAIL TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT BEST BALL GROUND, Georgia
I ordered a golf chiping mat from DW Quail and have made several unsuccessful attempts to contact the company so I could exchange it for another one. I have left phone messages and e-mails and have gotten no response whatsoever from them. I don't want to return the item at this time because i fear that I won't get my money back. It's ashame that in an industry so lucrative as the golfing industry, that there are companys that can't just give customers what they want. Really, this company is a sad case. I almost feel I'm wasting my time writing the memo. Perhaps if it get someone's attention and they send their business somewhere else, it would have been worth the effort to write this message. I highly suggest not doing business with this company, if you want to call it that.
