DWI - Digital RiverGmbH - Share It! WATCH OUT FOR THIS SCAM!! Cologne Germany
This company charged my credit card $199.00 for merchandise (computer stuff) that I never ordered let alone ever seen. I filed a complaint with my credit card company and received a credit. Two months later this company sent a receipt to my credit card company with my name and address on it with a list of items which they claimed I ordered. On their receipt it stated this stuff was delivered to me on May 31, 2008 but my credit card statement showed this merchandise was supposedly ordered on May 31, 2008. Which is it? If they are going to lie and make up a receipt they better double check their dates. Also, on this date I wasn't even in town nor did I have access to a computer, not to mention I go to the store to purchase computer items so I can talk to a live person. I have done research on this company and this is not the first time they pulled this scam. Be careful people and watch all of your credit card statements cuz you never know who is charging items on your account without your knowledge.
