The company states because I had 3 strikes, that they were cancelling my services. They claim that i used 800 Gig in a month. Complete bullsh*t. I work from home remotely. I used the service for streaming movies and internet services for work. They charged my card on the 23rd and cancelled my services on the 27.

I am filing a claim with the FTC and FCC . I know how to bankrupt these frauds. They claim i was gaming and gaming takes alot of data. I told her we dont game , and that is a lie. Why claim the service is unlimited , when truly its not. They make up these items to defraud people. Naomi Campbell the COO , suggested i purchase another device . That was her solution.

The advertising is false , and I will be suing the owner. They are a SOLE PROP and have no CORPORATE PROTECTION. The owner is Samuel James Hansen and he conducts this business out of his house. I recommend that if you have a similar claim sue them for unjust enrichment, and sue him Personally as well.

Mr. Emeish purchased service on June 20, 2018, from a third party deal (Adventure Wireless). Mr. Emeish was read a set of Terms and Condition about use on the date of purchase. He was later sent the same set of Terms and Conditions attached to his receipt that discussed what the definition of unlimited plans are as well as the meaning of illegal, excessive and abuse usage on the wireless networks. He did verbally acknowledge these terms and proceeded with the use of our services. There is a three strike you're out policy for essive and abusive users.

In December 2018, January 2019 and February 2019 Mr. Emeish was warned, and his line was suspended for abuse and excessive usage. On February 27, 2019, Mr. Emeish was suspended for his third and final time for the repeated issue. After receiving his abuse notification, he contacted our Director to scream, curse yell at her. He then wrote into each support team harassing them using obscene language such as, "your a f*&$%ing fraud." He then contacted the Director again to continue to yell, curse and threatened the owner of the company. He stated he knows where Sam lives. He later attempted to call the owner of the company leaving a 45-second message threatening to bankrupt the company, sue and ultimately leave reports such as this on the internet. On February the Director received an email with the same threats and accusations.

Mr. Emeish has been refunded the February payment of $79.99 that was made on the account February 23, 2019. Mr. Emeish is using public formulas such as this to only continue to harass further and abuse our company and networks.
