On June 7, 2003, I received a call from a company named Dynamic Credit Services concerning a credit card. The account number I was given was FX9222. I spoke to three different gentlemen. Mr. Freddie McDonald, Mr. Phil Davidson, and Mr. David Green and was told that the amount of $297 would be subtracted from my Credit Union checking account for this credit card. After discussing this with my husband, we decided we did not want this particular card.

On June 10, 2003, I left a message at the number I was given (1-877-572-6751). I left a call back number, for my work. I did not received a call back. On June 11, 2003, I left 2 messages. One message was left at 12:45 p.m. and another at 12:30 p.m. Again I did not received a call back even after leaving detailed messages concerning this account. One June 17, 2003, I called twice leaving a message after 3 p.m., also stating I did not want this Credit Card and again leaving a call back number.

On June 23, 2003, I spoke to someone by the name of Nancy Lee(?). I explained to her that I have been trying to contact someone about the account which was given to me of FX9222 since June 10th. I gave her the same information that was left in each message, that I did not want this card.

I was told by Ms. Lee that the amount of $297 would not be taken from my account and it would be cancelled. I did not recheck this information because I was promised that the account would be closed and the amount would not be taken from my account. On July 2nd, I called my credit union because of having some problems with my account and was told that the amount of $297 was taken from my account on June 24th. I am very upset because I was promised that the account would be closed.

Also on July 2, 2003 I made numerous phone calls to 1-800-513-8180. Each time I called someone picked up the phone, held it for about 5 seconds and hung up. This lasted until about 4:00 pm central time.
