I agree that there is potential with making money selling this product, but it is shady to say the least and extremely misleading initially. I was contacted for an interview to a posting on Careerbuilder.com. Gentleman named Marcus gave me the time for my interview, later the same Monday afternoon. I show up and there is 12 or so others. We are handed an extremely rudimentary application, watch a short video and called out one at a time for 'one on ones'.
When I got to mine, it lasted 2 min (if that, was congratulated and told when to be in on Tuesday for orientation. No problem, returned for it and again was greeted by the extremely enthusiastic yet ingenuine Marcus. He spent about an hour and a half reviewing the training ( unpaid mind you, he even made the comparison to flight attendants not being paid until they are in flight) and said the training would last 3days, 8 hrs each day.
Still quite skeptical, I returned for day 1. Learned the first part of presentation, no problem. Got to the homework: make a list of "Ok's" (or referrals) to simulate what our customers would have to. I had some difficulty coming up with Married Homeowners, which were the main qualifying criteria we were to strictly adhere to. I don't have any family in this new place I have only lived in for a short while, and most of my friends rent and are not married. None the less, I returned for day two. I learned the next chunk of the presentation, and was really impressed with the product, but also recognized the tactics used in it were melodramatic and downright unrealistic to normal use if the customers current Vaccuume cleaner, but participated while heatedly none the less.
Then our homework for this day: call the people on the list to have them agree to me let us " practice" our pitch, still offering them the free gift incentives. I was utterly disappointed, and needless to say, resumes where I left off for an actual job, only nearly 20 hours later of unpaid pep talks later. I would compare this to any other 'opportunity' that requires you to purchase the product ahead of time....only you are not paying for it, your friends and family are footing the bill. WASTE OF TIME!

The person that filed this complaint is not very bright. You state that you asked for your paycheck after two weeks under the impression you could get paid without putting in much effort and they reviewed your contract with you. If you were so upset then why did you stick around for another month?
New people always ask their managers about the pay and we make it very clear that if you want the base pay you need to do the 20 demos. It was also not mentioned in the complaint how many sales were made and how many were delivered. Employees get the higher of the base pay or their commission. It really is not complicated. If you cannot qualify your leads like you are taught and make money, like you are taught, you should not work there anyways.
Dynamic Enterprises provides all the tools you need to become successful, it is up the the individual to put those tools to use.
There are no "door to door" sales, registering is one of several forms of lead generation.
Very few people do not want the product, and unless you like to live in filth, everybody needs the product. The phone call at the end is an extremely common practice in sales. People generally say no because they cannot afford the options given to them prior to talking to the manager on the phone.
Many people worry they cannot purchase because they don't have perfect credit. Perfect credit is not necessary and we have several options for people with less than perfect credit. Everybody can get approved one way or another. Sometimes this is harder and that is why you're supposed to QUALIFY your leads, this prevents the situation of turn downs. And no, they do not have to pay full price right then and there.
I also want to add that the pay is covered numerous times by several people, including the owner who has an open door policy if you have questions. People need to pay attention and not just hear what they want to hear.
I have worked there almost 2 years and I have never worked for a more fair, more generous person in my life. Not to mention all the contests and vacations, etc...

this report is not completely true.... on the contract that was mentioned in the report, the person stated that it is not mentioned that there is no pay if you do NOT complete 20 presentations. this is a flat out lie!!! this is a direct quote from the contract:
If 20 qualified presentations are not completed in 14-day period, as per above guidelines, Independent Dealer IS NOT eligible for the $981.60; however, Independent Dealer does keep all production bonuses earned for the 14-day period.
