Hey Guys! I just wanted to let everyone know that the Dynasty Marking Group in Brookfield Wisconsin is a complete waste of your time. I worked for this company for about a month and have less money now than I did when I started.

So heres how it works. Then bring you in for a "first round interview" where this really slick Indian dude, quick talks with you for about 5 minues, tells you everything you want to hean, and scoots you out before you can ask any questions. He is really vague and never really says what the company does, besides do marketing for Fortune 500 Companies.

After this first round interview, the potential employee is sent out with a "account manager" for a second round interview that consists of door to door sales. They like to call it business to business sales, but you just go down a street all day, then turn back around and come back. One tries to sell "VIP Cards" which is just a sexy name for coupons. These account managers lie to everyone they talk to, including potential buyers, trainees and interviews.

After this second round interview, you are sent back in for a 3rd round interview. By this time, about 75% of the interiewees bail out and go home because they dont like lying to people trying to sell coupons for 12 hours a day. But the few that do come back are power closed by the Manager and he makes everyone come in the next day to start training.

Also, pay is a joke. This job is 100% commission, concists of 6 day work weeks, Monday through Saturday, 12 hours a day. In addition to only paid commission, there is no money to compensate for gas(usually drive an hour and a half a day) but most of the employees there dont have cars because they can't afford them. There are also what are called "Road Trips." These are the worst part.

Employees are sent hours away to sell coupons in another city or town, and completly have to pay for gas, and the motel. I REPEAT, YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR GAS AND MOTEL FOR THE ENTIRE WEEK. I know, I can't believe people go along with this bugus business. I guess kids are really in need of work and will work for peanuts. Okay, finally, I saved the worst for last.

I know, how could anything be worse than working 75 hours a week, making maybe $300 a week/and not getting any benefits and getting paid 100% commission. Listen to this scam. Anyone that you take out on an interview, and they agree to start, you have to train them. Yeah, training, thats fine, it makes the day a lot more fun when you have someone with you to do door to door sales with all day. Ok, so lets say you have a good day and sell 10 coupon books. Well with the commission structure you make $10/coupon book sold.

So, that would mean you made $100, right? WRONG. When you train someone, which usually happens 3-4 times a week if you're good, you have to split your money with them that you made....So that $100 day just turned into a $50 day. Now lets say you drove over a hundred miles that day, which is about average, that means you spent about $15 in gas. That leaves you with $35 dollars. Then lets say you spent $10 on food, you're now down to $25 a day.

WOW, I still can't believe I, and other are tricked into staying with this company more than a day or 2. Oh yeah, that's probably why they post oodles and oodles of ads on everthing from Monster, to Myspace to Craigslist. I can't repeat myself enough, If you have a first or second round interview, cancell, it's SO not worth it. Also, this site explains the complete scam a little bettet than I can. Good luck to everyone.
