Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I had a horrible experience with Kirby. This was not a team situation. I need to expose Daniel Blalock, the owner of Dyro productions. He burned so many bridges in Houston till it got to a point where people had been callin the police on us for showing up in the neighborhood. He may have money to have everything, but it will not buy you any class. He has you working 6 to 7 days week for 12 hours.

You get no bathroom or meal breaks. I left Kirby with a serious mental illness, and it took me a year and a half to fully recover. He has no respect for anyone but himself.

Concerned neighbors, call Blalock at (281)558-2007 to tell him to stop comming to the neighborhoods. You dont get paid unless you sell and you have to give half the sale for a knock in fee.

You dont play by the rules, it was supposed to be sold in the evenings and with the couple present. I hope you are losing money in this mortgage mess. I am now exposing who the main scum is here. hope this helps.

To all of you talking about how well you have done with the company, and how much its gotten you. You are one of the scum of which we speak, and your bragging about it? I for one would never stay at a job if it meant i had to take advantage of people or rip someone off. Some might say thats why i dont have more money than i do. Its a personal choice though. Why do you guys have a problem with us honest individuals who just want to protect other honest individuals? Could it be because if everyone know everything about your company that you would be out of a job? I could have made good money with the company as well, but i prefer making less money, and sleeping at night and feeling like a good person, thats just me though.

How dare you call me unprofessional. I have ethics while you dont. I am a positive person, but I dont cross boundaries. You all could have advertised correctly to get more clients. Setting a high price for that piece of junk called a Kirby is not appropriate.

What you got involved in was SALES. A knock-in fee is charged because you weren't making appointments yourself. The hardest part of sales is PROSPECTING, or KNOCKING on doors. Noone can tell you that you can't use the restroom. And if you urgently need to use the restroom, you can always ask a prospect to allow you to use their restroom. And on the subject of meal breaks, pack your lunch. Eat while your manager is driving if you have to. One last comment about the knock-in fees: until you learn to prospect yourself, someone else is going to take a cut of your commisions. No entry-level sales position comes with free leads and GREAT MONEY. If you want to make the money, go on the trips, win the awards, get promoted, and do all the other things that come with success, you have to work hard and ignore the problems. I am 22 years old and have been in professional sales for less than a year. I have a great shot at being our company's version of "Rookie of the Year". I also have a good chance at making my first incentive trip. I have made decent money and supported my family. The company that I work for preaches the PMA philosophy: Positive Mental Attitude. What you are exhibiting is a highly NEGATIVE mental attitude. To let your manager affect you the way that you did is a problem that noone but yourself can fix. NOONE should expect posting on this website to do anything to rectify their current situation. You are always going to have problems with Blalocks until you learn to live by the philosophy of living in the state of mind that CONTINUES to seek, find, and execute ways to succeed REGARDLESS of the circumstances. And if you are going to post on a website about your job and claim to be educated and better than everyone else posting, fix up your grammar.

How are we considered "high-pressuring" when our customers are buing from us? How are we considered "scammers" when are customers keep coming back to our offices with a smile when they need more bags or shampoo? I see past customers every day in my office and it feels good to know I've saved them THOUSANDS of dollars in carpet costs

Hey Blalock, I will not reveal myself. You are nothing but a liar, and your so called employees were selling in dangeous areas such as No Soliciting Areas. I never felt safe with you, and I will be frank with you that you never gave us the chance to communicate. You set me up to fail when you put me with that self rightgeous loser, Rahoul. You bullshit me you worthless jerk when you did those push months every 2 months. You only care about yourself.

Most problems are due to a lack of communication.

I wish you would have notified managment of your particular situation. We have part time positions available in the company and we have for years. If you had trouble getting appointments we have designated appointment setters, with permits. They work within the limits of all state wide and local authorities. I hope your feelings towards this company change in the future. I am unable to help with your current situation since you do not wish to reveal yourself. I truly wish you and your family the best for whatever the future has in store. Sincerely, Daniel Blalock

You people are the losers because you pressure sell to all these people. I have a job that has steady business with regular customers that I do not burn bridges with. I am a customer oriented seller and I dont believe in pressure selling. Blalock the self rightgeous jerk will not survive with everything that is going on in the economy right now. Your financing plannin sucks, and I have a right to expose you to the public. I have good friends and family and a life. You losers are zombies and I hope this economic meltdown ends your unethical selling you losers.

Salesman is one of the hardest jobs I know of today. It takes a special kind of person to endure the hardships and disappointments in order to make it in this trade. I have tried it many times and failed. I lacked the fortitude and also the social abilities to survive in the trade. We have seen the result of the inability of most people in this country to cope in the sales trade and we complain about outsourcing American jobs, but who will do them? The majority of us have become lazy and complacent. I hear all too often about the lies told in order to sell a product. The law calls this "Puffing" and it is done in every type of sale. If you have purchased an auto, television, stereo, clothing, etc. then you have been Puffed. I salute those of you that chose to stick to it and made a successful life for yourselves, I could not. You are the reason why this country is GREAT. A government worker/salesman wannabe.

Do some research, the direct sales business flourishes during recession times. Make yourself useful and get a job. I'm very happy with mine. Call it what you will, but I'm still going to be better off than you in the long run because I work twice as hard as you.

Hey you must be on drugs. I have ethics and they are more valuable to your net worth. I dont care how much you make ripping people off. At least I dont have people callin the police on you if you show your ugly face in the neighborhood. You have no education and I hope you dont have success through this horrible economy. The Kirby is worthless junk.

i am sorry you feel that way, but i have an entirely different view of the company. My name is adam and i am 22. I joined the kirby family when i was 19 turning 20 and i am now in the position to open up my own franchise paid entirely by the alleged "scum" you speak of. Since signing up with the kirby company i have gone on numerous fully paid vacations through this office and have made a whole lot of money. It saddens me to hear that you had such a bad experience and hope that maybe your situation has changed a bit. Remember, positive people find a way and negative people blame others for their misfortunes. Sincerely, A Future Factory Distributor
