Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
They call you in for an "interview" and make you think they are a 90 year old company that has never laid anyone off and never put anyone out of business. That they are this big company that is under-going a big expansion across the street due to "major expasions in sells" in the company with unlimited room to grow and advance. You get a ten minute schpeil about what they do and what services they provide. "A multi-use system with up to six different components that are interchangable and upgradable". I was told I was "NOT GOING TO BE A DOOR-TO-DOOR VACUUM SALESMAN; NO COLD CALLS OR COLD KNOCKS". They already had their customers who had been "long-standing customers". The positions they are claiming to be offering is also nothing of what they tell you in the ad you respond to. As a matter of fact, they make you seem like you have nothing to do with sales that you are just assisting customers in helping them to understand the use of their products. That could not be any further from the truth. Then they have you call back 5 minutes before the "secratary" Shannon leaves for the day at 3:30 p.m. (Makes no sense) Then she tells you, I am going to put you through to the owner who wants to tell you the results of your interview. He tells you that you have qualified and you need to come in on Saturday at noon for a four-hour orientation and training. What a crock.....

As it turns out, when you get there to the orientation, the guy orchestrating the web of lies is the biggest creep I have ever seen. We started out doing the introduction of our names and interests to the entire group. Then we got the unfortunate "pleasure" of listening to him go on and on about himself for about 2 hours. He used innapropriate guestures and names refering to homosexuals and used out-dated 80's phrases. He downed every job out there on the market making them sound like they weren't anything compared to being a Kirby dealer/seller and that even a doctor and a lawyer have nowhere near the earning potential as someone who walks up and down the streets everyday selling ((a.k.a -ripping off) people a vacuum cleaner. Then after he ran most of the fore mentioned terminology into the ground, he mentioned how we should never show how nervous we are in front of our "clients" and that we would not want to look like a sissy or appear weak and vulnerable. Then, once again, an inappropriate hand guesture (limp-wrist gesture).

On your very first day you and a whole squad of unbeknownsts pack in a van and go to strange neighborhoods out in BFE, Houston. They have some young, good-looking females (oldest trick in the book) knock on a door and set up a sell. Then they send you (the supposed non-salesman) in to show them how to use a vacuum cleaner and answer any questions they may have and in the process they have you try to sucker the customer into buying a $2600 vacuum that they bought for $300 from a wholesale distribution company. They call that one "an upgrade".

You don't even get to take a lunch/dinner break. They let you snack on stuff here and there but I never to got to sit down and eat like a normal human being is supposed to. As a matter of fact, I never got through one sanwich or a bag of chips in one sitting. Modern day slave-drivers who are taking advantage of people who are ernestly looking for employment. They yell constantly at you and go psycho if you don't "make a sell". I told those bastards, "I am not selling anything, as you said in your interview."

Something should be done about this company and I mean quick. They are ruining people's lives. It wouldn't surprise me in the least if some day soon someone doesn't "go postal" on these bastards. I just wish I was around when it happened.

I can relate to your pain. That f**king d****ebag Blalock has facebook pages promoting Dyro products. I reported them as a scam. He is just a f**king bitter white trash a*****e who thinks money makes things all better. I was cheated out of money when I loaned my field councelor monmey for gas and I did not get reimbursed.

yes they made us all believe we were only goin to go to houses that would be expecting us never once do they mention there going to drop u off at a random neighborhood and have you knocking on peoples doors offering free carpert cleaning ,they never told us we would need permits for each area we were put in, they tell us we would get paid training as soon as we finished it.then they tell us only if we get there on time and dont miss any dasys.then they told us we would have to have done a certain amount of demos in short period of time and memorized 20 stupid questions.basically everything they say is a lie.i got stuck with a teamleader who has warrants out for his arrest and no drivers license!!!! when i wanted to speak to daniel blalock about this all he would do is aviod me and send me to tlk to jeremy?!sanyways so we were never given a coopy of the contract we signed....we werent allowed to a restroom break or lunch break, i wasted 66 hours and got paid nothing!!!people if your reading this yall need to report this company because what there doing is wrong.theyre going to continue doing it so its up to all of us to put a stop to it! when i quit and went to get a copy of my contract daniel didnt want me inside so he told me to wait outside in my truck
!!!!! yea like im some sort of criminal then because i reported him with the kirby company then he called me and basically tried saying that i was lazy or something and thats why i couldnt handle the work!!! seriously i was working with serious back pain and having 4small kids at home and your going to tell me that i couldnt handle that type of work?!!!! whatever im starting college soon id rather have a real job than selling stupid overpriced vaccums, lets see where these vaccum sellers are a few years from now.
this job is more for people who have no life and no real responsibilities like children or house bills
