I answered an e-mail I had received abut a webmall asking for more information. I received a call from Mike Hanson at E-Commerce Exchange. He told me about this great webmall that sells itself. He told me of one woman who markets her business and brings in a large income every month and of a man who does nothing at all to his site and still nets approximately $400 a month.

My fiancee had a brain aneurysm and we lost his income. I thought this would be a great way to make up some of that loss. I asked him to send me more information. I received a package via FedEx and with a sample catalog and all their sign up forms stating that this had to be returned within 48 hours.

I was stupid - I got suckered. I have since quit my job so I could bring my fiancee home and take care of him. I have warned E-Commerce over and over again that my account will be drained soon. The only "help" I have received from them is suggestions on other sites that I can spend more money on to try to market a site that no one wants to purchase from.

I believe that E-Commerce Exchange in association with Axin Financial (who holds my note) are preying on people who they know are already financially in trouble. You are assured that this is a profitable site only to find out that not only are you indebted to them on their non-cancellable lease, but also have to pay iPayment, discover, amex, ECX/Innuity. Plus their websites are not set up for the search engines. They don't tell you that they "spam" in your site to the search engines (which get rejected when they are spammed in).

I am now totally broke, have closed out my checking account and have had my vehicle reposessed. This has cost me approx. $180.00 a month that I could not afford. Mike Hanson at E-Commerce Exchange knew of my situation before any paperwork was sent out to me. I have spoke with his boss only to be advised of other sites I could go to and try to market my site. Basically - it's yours now - deal with it.
