Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
After reading some of the other rip-off reports on this company I seem to have gotten off light, but that does not make it much better. I got a call from Jess Walker with E-Commerce exchange with a "great business opportunity". I was interested so I listened to what he had to say, near the end of our conversation I agreed to give them $140 so that I could see the offer in writing. It was reiterated to me 3 times that if I decided not to go forward with the business that my money would be refunded to me. And that if I "Give me 10% of your trust and I will earn the rest"

I got the papers and looked them over for a few days. After looking them over and doing some research, I did not feel comfortable signing the lease for the website business and told Jess that I would not be able to go forward with the business. At that time I told him to go ahead and process my refund. He said OK I will submit that now. 4 days later I get another call from Jess asking if I had changed my mind, I told him no.

At that time he transferred me to Mike Miller, who immediately lauched into another high pressure sales pitch. I did not feel like listening to him, (and thinking that my money was already refunded), I hung up on him. He calls back and leaves a message on my voicemail saying "I think you hung up on me, I hope that is not the case because someone in your financial situation should not be burning bridges, Your request for a refund has been denied".

I called him back to find out why, he stated that because they sent the papers, the money was not refundable. I let him know that was not what was represented to me by Jess Walker. He stated that he would review the conversation and get back to me. That was a week ago and I have not heard anything from him despite numerous attempts on my part to reach him.

Note to all, do not in any way, shape or form do any kind of business with this company. They are liars and con-artists who will take anything they can get their hands on from you. I was very close to giving them another $3100, I didn't and that is the best decision I have made.

Point Proven

OK, There are several things here. My point is now proven. They lie to begin with and now they lie in response to being called on their lies. Either that or they lie so often that they have me confused with someone else that they have lied to. Ryan IS my name. Credit card charged on April 15. It did go through. Never a NSF problem. They did refund my money. Refund processed on April 29. "Coincidentally" 4 hrs after I posted this report. You would like to think that they had a change of heart But the timing is kind of funny, huh. Beware of a company that has Ripoff Report.com up to keep an Eye out for new postings because they happen so often.

Refunded? adamant about a refund

Ryan (which isn't his actual name) was never charged anything from our company and therefore never needed to be refunded. I do recall that he hung up on me while I was asking him a question and I would never suggest somebody burn bridges. It makes for bad networking. He was so adamant about a refund and when I explained to him that his original deposit never went through due to lack of funds he continuously insisted that I refund him anyway because he was under the impression that we would charge him. I think he was trying to get me to send him a check for nothing. That is a nice attempt to rip us off, but luckily that did not occur. In any event, both Jess and I had put together an option for him to fit within his financial means and after days of work at our end, we were not pleased that "Ryan" could act in the manner that he did without at least offering a professional explanation. Part of sales, I guess, but if he is upset that both Jess and I are willing to work hard to help others and make money at the same time then I can't say that I feel the need to apologize because that is how I was taught by my parents. Work hard, work hard and work hard and if someone is upset because I was working harder for them then they were interested in doing for themselves, then not only is that bridge burned, but there is also no free refund check for something that was never paid for. Can you blame me?
