I went on line to buy the "JAG" TV series and wound up with these guys. All looked legit so I paid with my vredit card.

Within two days they said mt order (#643) was accepted and being processed. This was on April 14.

April 16 they said my order was delivered! When I enquired about this..they replied that they meant to their shipper not me and i should receive my order in 10 to 15 days.Flags should have gone up at this point i guess.

On May 3 I again enquired where my order was and if there was a problem. They said that there appears to be an address or customs problem and that they would check their shipper and if my order had a problem they would either re-ship or give me a 100% refund. They would get back to me in 24 hours.

Well..about 144 hours later I e-mailed them to let them know that enough was enough and that I wanted that 100% refund. Now there was no quick, slick reply.I pretty much knew I was not getting my order or refund, but maybe others can avoid these guys.

In those 144 hours I tried to find my "tracking #"...not there.

The Guy(?) signed his e-mails John Jacobs/Management.

Obviously you paid via credit card, so go dispute the charge through your credit card company...
