E Pro Auction EProAuction has graduated to full blown felony identity theft and interstate wire fraud! Orem Utah
Like several other people here I have been in and out of the hospital which has limited my ability to keep up on the nitty gritty of my bank balance statements but I recently discovered that E Pro has been billing my checking account for the better part of the last 6 months at $50/month.
The odd thing is that I have never been to their website or purchased ANYTHING from them or any of their front/shell companies. So I have no idea how they got my info...but I have a suspicion.
Several other people here have also complained that they never bought anything from the or gone to the website and yet somehow are being billed. This can mean only one thing...E pro has gone from simply false advertising ($50/month for a one time $5 CD) to full blown identity theft. Someone at the company is either stealing peoples identities to then use to bill at the company or the company is in cahoots with an identity thief.
There really isn't any other explanation. My card has not been lost, stolen or compromised on-line which means that these folks have graduated from misdemeanor false advertising (which the state of Utah has already prosecuted them for) to felony identity theft and interstate wire fraud. How nice. If they get you, you must immediately contact the Utah Attorney General, your states Attorney General, the fraud department at the Utah State Police and IC3.gov as well as the Better Business Bureau. You aren't going to get your money back from them but you can make them suffer and hopefully we can get a class action suite going here!
