Lost Rip-off Reports:::::

NOTICE: This is one of over 100 Rip-off Reports that was originally lost during the week of September 5th through the 12th. We have been UPDATING the original Reports from another data base 10 reports a day. This cannot and will not happen again.

I ordered from an infomerical. I ordered the Red Devil Grill. When I called they told me that I could have another at 1/2 price. I agreeded.

I waited 8 weeks and began calling. I was told that the warehouse was waiting for the shipment as they were back ordered. I then started to recieve my credit card bills. I continued to call and I never recieved the grills and my credit card was billed.

By the time they quit answering their phone and the bogus fax number all the easy payments were on the card. I contacted my credit card company and they said that it was to late to credit my card. I had to pay for merchandise that I never received. I would either like the grills or the credit to my card. This all happened to me in March 2000. I have never had anyone from the company contact me. I did get an e-mail address from the internet she responded only one time and told me that she would send them an e-mail. This is at the time they were updating their phone lines.

I have seen on the internet that they filed bankruptcy. However, I never received anything in regards to that. If anyone can help me please feel free to contact me. [email protected]
