I purchased a (ps3) controller from Eachmall.com on 11/28/2014, the next day I receive a shipping notice with this tracking number 2014112746807. This number is invalid as a tracking #, even on Eachmall website. I am aware that products take time to ship from China, so my first inquiry about the location of my order was sent email on 01/15/2015. I was replied back within a fairly short time basically telling me it's in the mail, that airmail can be slow, please be patient, ect. On 02/03/2015 I emailed them again and recieved no response. On 02/07/2015 I repeated the email and recieved no response. I just sent another email today.
