Last night while i was sleeping on 3/16 at 3:30 am i was awoken by my son telling me my truck was being taken. I jumped up ran out the door to see what was going on. Eagle Recovery was hoked up to my 2004 Dodge Durango about to elave with my truck. I told him my truck payments are never late and have always been paid. He tells me well i have to take this truck. I was like no your not taking it. He tels me  its a 2011 Dodge Durango. Anyone with any type of car sense can tell a difference between a 2004 and a 2011 durango they do not l;ook at all alike. Anyways so finaly i get him to get out of his truck and check the VIN. This man had a very smart hateful attitude. He tells me looks like your off the hook. Off the hook for what? The fact is he did not check my truck he did not look at it or did he check the VIN until i cam outside. If i would ahve woke up and my truck would have been gone i would ahve lost my job. I am an inspector and inspect vehicles all day long. Do you think if i had not woke up and he had taken my truck that  they would ahve helped me if i lost my job? I dont think so. They are rude and lie and hateful. I would love for someone to tell me why i am OFF THE HOOK as he said with a smart attitude since i did nothing to be on the hook for. This is unacceptable and should not have even happened. I guees they figure i shouldnt be mad i was woke up to a tow truck with my truck hooked to it off the ground and him ready to take off after breaking my plastic patio table to lift it. I understand what they go though with repossesion. But fact of the matter is  he did not even look at my truck nor did he check the VIN until i came out. So please be careful of this company or you may wake up and not have a vehicle.

First and foremost, we have been in business for 10+ years and have never wrongfully repossed a vehicle. We are licensed, bonded and insured. On the night of 3/16/14 at appoxiamently 3:30 am we arrived at *****North Cass Ave, Pontiac Mi, an address provided by the bank. Upon the arrival at the address provided by the bank, our driver spotted a Dodge Durango parked in the back yard behind the home. Because the street has no lights our driver backed up to the truck inorder to block it in so he could check the VIN # to ensure it was the vehicle on the given order.  (That's what good repo men do in the case of the correct type of vehicle being at the given address) Before he was even able to get out of the truck to check the VIN, the homeowner came busting out of the house ranting at him, he proceeded to get out and verifiy that the truck was indeed a older durango and the VIN, that was partially blocked, was not the VIN on the order. At no point did he ever lift the vehicle in the air to take it, but she continued to be rude and condesending. He admits to telling her, "well I guess your off the hook" because it was her lucky day that the durango she drove, at the given address from the bank, was not the one he was after :)   If that makes him a smart hateful man then so be it, I'm sure there are worse men out there. And NO miss homeowner, you would not have woke up without a truck because we do business the correct and proper way, you would not have lost your job, all thesae what ifs??? Please take a look at what your complaining about, it never happened, you still have your truck, our driver apologized to you and showed you the order and exactly where the bank stated the vehicle should be, which happened to be your address. Patricia, you have lied and are trying to mislead the public over things that are untrue such as the durango being lifted and a plastic table being broken? Our apologizes for waking you at 3:30 in the morning and rest assured, you will not have another encounter with us, unless you fail to pay your truck payment. Your address was immediatly disqualified by us and the bank, have a nice day. P.S. The nature of our business IS people waking up and not having a vehicle, that is what the Repo business is all about!
