First, let me just say that I originally went to East Coast Automall Mazda for a check engine light. They fixed the defective part and then 2 weeks later I get it again. Then go back in to have it fixed and they tell me it just had to be reset and there was nothing wrong. Now the check engine light is on again and I have to bring it back. They are the worst and customer service is pitiful. I just called them and they transfered me to a voicemail when there are at least 4 employees working there. Please do not get your car serviced here. They are ripping you off! Back to the main dispute, I went back when the engine light was on and talked to this guy Jimmy and he explained that the spark plugs are replaced only at 60,000 and 80,000 mile checkups...Then why is it printed on their old and new brochure under 30,000 mile checkup? He had the nerve to tell me that "if needed it will be replaced" The other items say "if applicable" but next to sparkplugs it does not say that. I have filed a complaint with the NJ attorney general and I am awaiting a reply from East Coast. I also just received a survey from East coast and trust me it was a bad survey.
