That was an ingnorant reply, it is not buyer's remorse, when you have nothing in your paperwork stating the fact the whole front end of your vehicle was wrecked, that does NOT count as a 'fender bender"! There is nothing wrong with my husband and yes he can read, when other dealerships tell you that this one is KNOWN for this bullshi** of deceiving clients knowingly that's wrong no matter how you look at it,, I didn't come her to argue with you, I wanted it know how they deal with their customers, and why we'll NEVER send anyone there to purchase a vehicle or give them a good referral ever. There was no need for you to say the things you did about my husband, thank you,, and I'll be "un" subscribing from this site since it was a waste of time apparently. Have a wonderful NEW YEAR!

Your second post clarifies your misleading comments. I now realize that this is a case of buyer's remorse, not a rip off.

If your husband is so,so helpless that he cannot read the contract and doesn't have the faculties to say no as you seem to indicate, perhaps time is overdue...way overdue...for a commitment to an institution for professional help! After all, you make this out to be a case of someone taking advantage of someone who cannot think for himself!

I meant they over charged for the xterra and knew they had his mazda sold, it was in perfect condition,,,although they used miles as an excuse for him not to take it home that night,, they wanted him to sign and drive, when what they really wanted was to sucker him for the xterra, and knew if he had more time to think about it and ask more questions they'd loose the sale.

"where he had initialed it,, they never gave him a copy to read" He could have read the copy that he initialed.
"Not only did they 'steal' his mazda, they over charged him for the xterra"
Please provide details about how they stole his Mazda even though you wrote that he traded it in. Did they charge more for the Xterra than the agreed price?
