While shopping for another car to be shared with my family I entered the sales floor in Manassas, VA.  At first it was a pleasant experience but then it took a turn fo the worst. After running my credit report and getting approved for a Alantra I signed a price agreement, but after a few minutes passed the sales person returned and said that the price was lower then he quoted and to resign agreement.



I trusted this sales person and was sent by their van to Leesburg, VA. to obtain a 2009 white Alantra, but when we got there is not a Alantra it was a 2009 white Accent. When I pointed out this mistake they said they told me and that I agreed by signing. After talking with my family we agreed with the car and asked to test drive it. 



1. The sales man Raji Reynolds was very nasty to me because I asked question about the car. He had no customer service skills at all, would not tell me about the car and refused to let me test drive it.  2. While waiting to test drive the car another sales man Ashante Duncan came to assist me and tell me all about the car.  He was very helpful the other sales man Raji Reynolds told my son that I was getting on his nerves...and he went to help another coustomer who were white. I watched as his demeaner changed and he became this coustomer friendly sales person, while looking over his shoulder at my family.  3. Two weeks after buying the car I recieved several phone calls regarding a survey. The survey was not your normal question about the dealership but to complete the transaction.  So I answered all the questions and told them about a medium size paint chip in the lip of the truck that the dealership hasn't fixed yet.



A day later the dealership called me at work and ordered me to call the survey company back and correct my statement. I asked what are you talking about, I was charged with lying to the company and saying that the car was not driveable. Mr. Rob Clater General Manager said that I caused this problem and it was all in black and white on a report sheet from the company, and he said to me over the phone  "You don't pay your bills and  you lie" and he belives what the company had sent him, and that the loan was for people like me who needed them. Mr. Clater would not listen to me when I tried to explain that I did not tell them that I only mentioned the paint chip.  The loan company refused to complete the loan so I wanted to return the car and end this madness. He said "Fine bring in my merchdise" I said I was at work and would bring it in the next day. He refused and then told me that he was going to charge me the highest price for each mile that we drove the car and slammed the phone on me. 



My credit is not the greatest I do pay my bills and own my own home. I have gotten cars before and had never been treated so poorly and made felt like I was worthless.  This company gives car dearlersship a bad rap, and I want every one to know we don't have to be teated like this, these are hard times and some people are out of work and homeless. I'm not either one I work hard and I have served my USA in the Navy with pride.  Easterns Automotive Group has no pride and all they are after is keeping the little guy down by giving cars and charging ten times the amount in charges. They don't care like their ad reads, and if the RedSkins are behind them I'm nolonger a FAN.
