Reagan, who works in collections took money out of my account without my permission. Yes, I owe them money, I never denied that. But for them to take money without my permissions is fraud, illegal, identity theft and everything else. When I called she said she could not reverse the payment because it was an automatic payment, which I know was a out right lie. I know this because I had them reverse a payment before. There was no signed or verbal agreement for them to take my money. I am still in the process of pursuing this because this was within the last week. Warning: If you owe them money and make payment arrangements, then send the payments by Moneygram, Western Union, Money Order, Check. DO NOT GIVE THEM ACCESS TO YOUR DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS, BANK ACCOUNT, etc.
