Washington,#2Consumer Comment

I was planning to pay EZ Method for driving lessons. As a consumer researcher, I found this post prior to scheduling an appointment with them or paying them anything. Using the same number listed on this website, I called "Craig" from their office today (11/22/02) and referred him to the website so he can respond to the report. I explained that I would like the matter with this woman resolved, so that I could feel comfortable proceeding with driving lessons. One other comment: I strongly suggest that consumers pay for driving lessons with a credit card, as "Catherine" did. This way, if you have any major problems like this you can contact your credit card company to have the charge credited back to your account and to have their investigators research it. That is one of the advantages to having a credit card. Also, based on this woman's experience, it would be wise to keep good notes when you talk over the phone - specifically noting the name of the person who signed you up (along with date and time), a confirmation number, and the name of anyone who denies that such a transaction took place.
