As I said a salesmen came to my address on 09/26/2016 and gave me this great sales pitch of how great these beds are and how much I really need this bed they told me a bunch of lies and how easy it would be to own one of these great beds so they say but they don't tell you the facts of the real cost of this bed when I can get the very same thing for like $900 and I'm still to this day making pymts on this bed and not even half way paidoff yet. Let's just say I really got a good screwing and didn't enjoy it sorry to be so blunt but I really want my money back and I want this company sued before they screw more people as they did me if I can get help with this I would be very happy. I'm making my pymts to PCI Preferred Credit, Inc P.O. Box 1970 Saint Cloud, MN 56302-1970. As of April 3rd. which is when my pymts are due I still have an outstanding balance of are you ready for this $3376.80 That's right do you see how bad I'm getting screwed here can something be done about this please this is INSANE! Oh and one more thing I do always make my pymts on time never late!!! Please call me with a solution to this rip-off

We would like to be able to look up your account to glean more information on your complaint but do not have any information in order to do so.  Based on your review it seems the only complaint you have is that you overpaid for the product.  You mention a price of 900 dollars as comparison but that could be for a twin sized bed without features from a competitor and you may have purchased a Queen with add-ons.  We have no way of knowing what you are comparing the price to.  

The other thing you are factoring in is that you financed your purchase with a third party, independent finance company.  The amount you paid for the bed is less than the amount you quoted you are paying the finance company.  All finance companies charge interest as that is how they make their money.  You are quoting the interest on the loan and inferring that is the price that we charged you for the bed, which is incorrect.

We can assure you that you have purchased a bed of the highest quality, made here in the USA with top of the line motors and parts unlike the beds that other companies sell that are imported from the Far East. You get what you pay for and you have purchased a product that will work, quietly and effortlessly for many years to come.

 NOBODY forced you into this deal! YOU agreed to every point of his sales pitch. YOU had every opportunity to refuse and ask him to leave. Instead, you played the roles of doormat and jelly fish perfectly. BLAME YOURSELF!
