I enrolled in this program on September 13th for 3 transactions $47, $197, $97,
on September the 15th I called their number to cancel my membership and asked for my refund as their terms of service said that I could within 90 days.
I talked to a girl at that number and she told me that she could give me a $24 partial refund but not the complete amount, she said that I had to go online and send them an email requesting a full refund.
I have done so many times and have not gotten a reply, so I've tried many times to call the number back, after waiting on the line for awhile they keep disconnecting me.
So, I try the live chat, I write in my complaint and it says to wait for a support person to answer shortly, again they disconnect me.
I filed a compliant with the better business bereau but I haven't heard from them yet.
I'm very upset with this company!
