Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Ordered flowers from Proflowers.com in April of 2007 for mothers day. Noticed a charge for 14.95 from a easysaver 800-355-1837 on our bank card.

Called the company and spoke with a woman named "Jenn" . We also looked back and noticed we have been charged for the past nine months. This Jenn tells us we signed up for this (which we did not) we ordered flowers from proflowers and nothing more. She is so kind as to give us half of our money back. Wow shes generous.

I also contacted proflowers and they told me they signed for this through their website. Again no we did not. So I am still fighting to get the rest of our money back. I think that since this has been going on as long as it has with various individuals that this is a blatant scam. I am very upset that a business that I have used for years is now associating themselves with this easysaver scam. Shame shame. I will no longer use proflowers because of this. Way to take care of your customers Proflowers.

ProFlowers should end their relationship with Easy Saver

#2Consumer Suggestion

Thu, February 12, 2009

As someone who was also fooled by the deceptive way ProFlowers links up to the Easy Saver program through the ProFlowers online checkout process, I would like to suggest that ProFlowers should sever ties with Easy Saver immediately. I am a very discerning online shopper. I read everything very carefully. Still, I was duped into believing I was getting a no-strings-attached discount by entering my info on the Easy Saver popup screen. I also never gave Easy Saver my credit card information, yet Easy Saver was able to get that info from my ProFlowers order. This means ProFlowers is sharing credit card info with Easy Saver without prior consent from the consumer. That is, at the very least, unethical, unquestionably deceptive, and completely illegal. If ProFlowers wants to clean up their reputation, I suggest they start by cleaning up their checkout process--remove Easy Saver from it.

Wouldn't disassociating from Easy Saver be a good solution

Margaret, I too was scammed by Easy Saver, but I place blame on ProFlowers, as well. You are allowing Easy Saver to use your E-commerce site to deceive customers. A simple solution for ProFlowers would be to break ties with Easy Saver and stick to your core business...selling flowers.

proflowers/easysaver

It took until late last month but finally got refunded all the money from this "easysaver rewards program". Even the $1.95. Proflowers worked with me very well after I started doing a little research on this easy saver "program" and emailed them back with websites of complaints about this company and Proflowers name being used with this company. Almost immediately after sending the email, I was contacted through email from Proflowers, stating they called and we would be refunded in full from this. So I was quite happy with the outcome. I appreciate Proflowers for contacting this company and making it right.

I emailed proflowers again and told them I was extremely disappointed with the result of "its my fault". I also added this website and 6 other complaints against easysaverrewards which is also dragging proflowers down with them. Within a few hours I received an email from Proflowers stating that they have contacted EasySaverRewards personally and we will be receiving all of our money back. (14.95 x 8) and the 14.95 from this month. We should see this in one to two billing cycles. So I will keep you updated if we receive the money back or not. I will encourage everyone who has had to deal with this easy saver scam to search the web on others who have had this problem ,email the company back, and link all of the websites where their name is being brought down. It may get you some results a little faster.
