 I  have  done  several  dollars  business  on  Ebay,  but,  apparently,

now,  EBAY  has  chosen  to  to  abandon  this   buyer,  me,  because

it  suits  their  agenda,  somehow.

 

I  purchased  a   software  product  from  their  registered  seller,

"littlecomputerhelper",  who, in  reality, is  a   scam  thief  named

DERRICK  LITTLE,   who,  accordng  to  eBAY's   own  records,  

has  an  apparent   fake,  fraud,  and   phony  business  that  Little

calls,   "AndroidNu ",  whoever  that  is,   where  ever in  Saint  Louis,

Missouri,   this  man  is located.  

 

This man  wants  to  steal  my  money,  by  embezzlement,  and  I  am

just  not  going  to  allow  it  to  happen.   

 

EBAY  will  not  get  involved  in  this  theft  of  my funds,  even  

though  they  have  provided   the  platform  for  this   phony  

transaction.   WHY ??????  WHY ???

 

EBAY  has  the  entire  history  of this   transaction  and  theft.  They  can

plainly  see,  that  DERRICK  LITTLE   intended  to  scam  me.   

 

I  purchased  a  Linux  software  disk   on  EBAY  form  this  DERRICK  LITTLE

individual  under   the  username  "littlecomputerhelper",  and    he  

refused,  thus  far,  to  deliver  my  purchase,  and   equally  important,

DERRICK  LITTLE   REFUSES   TO   ANSWER THE  e-MAILS  I  sent   him,  

about  his  keeping  my  money,  and   his  refusal  to   send  my  the  

merchdise   that  I  paid  for !!!!!

 

It's one  thing  to  be  scammed....it's  wnother  thing   to   have  a  

MULTI-BILLION  DOLLAR   ORGANIZATION   give  the  thief  an  assist 

with  the  rape  of   my   money,  through  embezzlenent.

 

EBAY   should  be  corecting  this   situation.

Not  enouraging  these  embezzlers,  through  inaction.

 Folks,   I  hate  to  tell  you this,  but,   my  problem, here  in  

this  particular  problem,  was  with   E-BAY.

 And,  KATIE.....  it  seems  to me  like   you  have  butted  into  my

business  where  you  had  no  business,  at  all,  didn't  you ?   YES.

 And,  DERRICK,  other   than  the  fact  that   I  will  never  give  you

another   dime's  worth  of  my  business,  which,   I  believe  I told 

you  on   my  remarks,    I  have  no   problem   with   you.

 

Again,  my  probem  was  with  EBAY....past  tense.   

 

So,  one  final   question,  Derrick:  CAN  YOU  READ ?

 

And,  finally,  to  KATIE:   BUTT  OUT  WHERE   YOU  DON'T  BELONG.

You know,  KATIE,  Anonymous,  almost   always  means,  COWARD.

This report is so full errors. I sell Linux Operating System Disc and various computer repair utilities on ebay. I have a computer repair webasite / business that operates within the Metro Saint Louis Area.

Most of my linux offerings goes for $3.95 for single disc (32-Bit or 64-Bit) and $5.95 for both disc (32-Bit Plus 64-Bit). I provide free shipping on all products i sell. I have a no questions asked return policy on everything i sell. I have accepted return up to 60 Day after purchased.

I'm not sure what this customer deal is but eBay do not allow any seller to steal from their customers. Sometime you come across a customer that no matter how hard you try to please it cannot be done. eBay have policy in place that if a seller fails to deliver the product item the customer get his money back and i as a seller will get a defect for that transaction.

Besides if a customers want a refund for whatever reason i just simply give it. There is USPS tracking with every item i mail and if a item shows as delivered then i completed the contract to deliver. I know sometime the USPS makes mistakes and i deal with thoes issues a.s.ap. I never ever keep customers money.

I don't need to defend myself really as i came accross this report on google by accident and i just want your readers to know that i am a good person... a good honest seller... a person who appreciat every one of my customers as the funds customers tender to me provides me with a living. I bend over backwards to appease my customers. I will i was 100% successful but it appears that is impossible.
