I'm Brazilian and I'm staying in (((REDACTED))) Miami, FL 33129-1724 U.S. I made the request, because it was estimated delivery until 05/15/18, because it was leaving on 05/16/18. That is, I did not receive the product before embarking for Brazil. I complained to Ebay, and they did not solve it. They said it was delivered. So, I thought they were going to deliver, they just did not deliver on the scheduled date. I returned to Miami in the same place where I stay, and unfortunately the clock is not in the address. Ebay and the seller say it was delivered, so since it was delivered, I want to know the name of the person who received the merchandise in the building, in order to be able to collect from whom I received. I can not afford this loss. No one returns or gives a satisfaction. I need to sort this out. I am impressed by the neglect of Ebay.
