We recently were suspended from ebay apparently for selling counterfeit products, the ridiculas thing is that we own the worldwide licenses for the brands that were listed. Nobody contacted us to ask any questions, our reputation has been damaged and yet there is no real person that can be contacted. We dont even know where to send a legal application to so my solicitors(Lawyers) cant help us. We have sent merchandise out to customers and have now found out that they have retracted their payments so we have lost money.

Go to the main ebay page. Across the top there is a toolbar that says "Browse, Sell, Services, Search, Help, Community". You want to click on "Help"which will open another window. Click on "ebay policies". Then scroll down and click on "prohibited and restricted items". Then click on "offensive material". Scroll clear to the bottom and click the link which says "Report listing violations or problems with another eBay member." You will be required to sign in and it will take you to a webform with multiple choices. In the first box click "Questionable content on ebay" then in the next box "offensive material". Click "contact support" which will take you to a form where you need to enter the auction number and you could copy and paste the link to the auction in the big box along with a description of what the auction contains. IO know this is a pain in the butt. Ebay makes it as difficult as possible to report listing violations, and they aren't always consistant in how they deal with reports of illegal aucitons. Good luck to you!!!
