Previously operating under Ebanners now back as eBillboards. Careful they download a software (virus spyware) on your computer and only you can see the banner, no one else. Do not "Upgrade" Explorer using their link. Do not give them money and report this scam everywhere you can. I hope the police gets involved at some time soon.
